Entrance Beautification
The entrance signs and landscaping for our neighborhood are not in great shape. Unfortunately, our regular HOA budget and annual dues of $125 will not cover all necessary repairs.
To make these updates, this year, the HOA is spearheading an Entrance Beautification Fundraiser. Our primary goal is to collect donations to fund the creation and installation of updated entrance signs, along with revitalized landscaping and lighting.

Craig Guthery and Dylan Davis, owners of Guthery Rustic Concepts and A.R.T.T. Manufacturing, will be donating all construction and labor, and the neighborhood will pay for all materials. In order to keep our current dues payments as low as possible, we are asking neighbors for a one-time, additional donation this spring to help cover the cost of the signs.
The suggested donation is $75 per household in addition to your annual dues, but donations of any amount are welcome. For significant or corporation donations, we will adverstise your contribution in the quarterly newsletter. All funds raised will be allocated to the beautification project. If we receive 70 donations of $75, we can afford to replace or repair every sign!
Donations can be made in any method acceptable for dues payments, including Venmo, Cash App, and Paypal, or by check mailed to:
