Annual Neighborhood dues of $125 cover the mowing and maintenance of more than two acres of common areas along 15th and 33rd Streets, Coltrane, and Driftwood Island/Park; electricity to neighborhood lighting; and events such as the Christmas Party and Summer Kickoff Family Event.
